Why thank you, Mister Postman!

Well it certainly appears that Christmas came a little early this year for some lucky Xbox One preorder folks via Target.

According to Gameinformer, user “MoonlightSwami” was one of the very select few to receive their Xbox One preorders, due to a shipping error.

Once received, some users even shared their joy by posting on Twitter and YouTube.

Of course, once Micro$oft found out about the early delivery of the “bundles of joy” the systems were immediately BANNED from using the Xbox Live online service.

Now even I have to admit that even though street dates are just that, and folks are trying to protect their intellectual property, its kinda messed up that users are now banned from using Xbox Live.

All should be well, as “MoonlightSwami” and the rest of the users were told via Micro$oft that eventually their systems would be back online and  100% usable.

What really sucks is now they get to just stare at their unusable BRICKS (at least online) for a few more weeks.

So, will this get you to buy a PSVita?

krieg610Along with the previous announcement from Sony, that the “majority of PS4 games will be playable on the PSVita”, Sony and developer Gearbox have teamed up to finally bring Borderlands 2 to the PSVita.  All that carnage, mayhem, jokes, etc that you so loved on your Home Console will soon be available on your portable gaming system.

I got to hand it to Sony.. If they can get the majority of the PS4 games, and bring Borderlands 2 to the PSVita, and make them actually enjoyable?  They have struck it gold!

Battlefield 4 on the Next Gen Systems

Coming right out of GamesCom 2013, Electronic Arts and DICE unveiled another BF4 map, titled “Paracel Storm”. Sporting 60 silky frames a second, the game bleeds color on your television. Not to thrown in the dynamics of the map changing, and a few weather patterns to boot. This one looks to be one killer of a map to play.

That’s right gang!  For once, you the video gamers of the world have a voice, and apparently Micro$oft listened.  Game Informer recently posted that Micro$oft is reversing their original plan for not allowing any used games
on the Xbox One, or requiring that the Xbox One “phone home” every 24 hours so you can play your games offline.  I guess it doesn’t take much to bow to the pressure of your gaming community, does it?
